Favorite Quote:  "Our deepest fear is not that we are weak. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world"    ~Nelson Mandela

Goals:  My goals are to continue to grow No Grind No Shine into a premier fitness training service on the international level.  I also aim to increase health and fitness awareness in my local community and communities around the world.

Where did you get the idea for  No Grind No Shine?

I got the idea from a local rap artist.

I was listening to a song that he made and in one of the verses he said, "If you don't grind, you don't shine."

From that point on, No Grind No Shine was in full effect.

When you first envisioned No Grind No Shine, what did you have in mind?

Well right now I can't tell you everything that we have planned but I looked at what these corporate gyms are doing and/or not doing.

It was first suggested to me that I try to consult with them to improve on their operations but then I thought to myself.

Why would I do that when I can open my own gym and run it the way that I want to?

Who or what inspired you to start No Grind No Shine?

Really it was just thinking about how much I love health and fitness and the passion I have for helping others achieve their goals.

Everytime I'm in the gym, I feel as though that's what God created me to do.

Is there any advice that you would like to give?

Most definitely! First off, I would tell anybody and everybody to follow their dreams.

When you feel something in your heart, it's there for a reason.

You only have one life so live it to the fullest.

Secondly, don't let any discourage you from whatever you are trying to achieve.  The saying, "misery loves company" is a very true statement.

Lastly, TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY! I can't express how important taking care of yourself is.

Let go of any and all stressful and unhealthy habits that you have and start enjoying life.

You only get one shot at this.
