My future goals are to open a gym with my partner, change lives in a positive way, and help people improve their health.
What advice would you give someone that would like to start training?
Someone that wants to start training should enter training with an open mind.
I'd suggest that they absorb as much information as possible from knowledgeable people and understand that it's not going to be easy.
Just stay focused on the reason that they're training.
