The No Grind No Shine 12 Week Beginner Workout is designed to help you build strength, muscle, and muscular endurance.
Going through the 3 phases, you will also burn a lot of unwanted body fat.
Phase 1 is designed to help you get accustomed to lifting weights. The set and rep ranges are fairly moderate and will allow you to use weight that are not too heavy and not too light.
Phase 2 will have you using slightly heavier weights. This set and rep range will help you to build some strength and muscle with the latter being the focus.
Phase 3 will help you to torch body fat, build strength and muscle, and increase your muscular endurance. This final phase will really test your will but if you stick with it, you will be very satisfied with the results.
